Can you still go up Petty France passport office and get one over the counter or have they stopped doing that?

Back in November I was told ten weeks by Post Office. It arrived on my doormat in seven days.

Needed a quick turnaround one for my daughter last month. Got an appointment at Victoria (not Petit France any more) for that week and the passport was on our doorstep three days after that. Worth paying an extra seventy-something quid for considering the situation we were in.

About 12 days.
Applied from abroad, replacement arrived within a couple of weeks then simply transferred my visa over in-country.
Same thing, different country 10 years earlier

One afternoon. Drop old one and completed forms in at 11:30
Collect ten year new one at 4pm

Just did my application on Monday and it said 10 weeks.
My Mum got a new one about three weeks ago and it took 4 weeks for her.

Just renewed both mine and my daughters, hers took 2 1/2 weeks, mine took 3 1/2 weeks.

Took about 2 weeks, renewed online, uploaded a selfie that met the requirements. Dead easy.

Went to the passport office at Victoria on the morning , which is a few underground stops from my Kensington gaff, dropped off my docs and came back to collect same afternoon

Renewal 3 months before the end date, done online with the electronically stored booth photo.
